General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between users ("User" or "you") of the bbanglabet platform and all its related services, and the bbanglabet operator. By visiting the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

bbanglabet is a safe and reliable online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or allowed to be used by another person.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For transactions above a certain amount, or at the company's discretion, we may request a copy of your national identity card or passport for identity verification. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bbanglabet supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out in detail below.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the name registered on the account.

Bonuses and Promotions

bbanglabet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. The following general conditions apply to the use of these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means a withdrawal can only be requested after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Funds received as a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if not used within the time stated in the offer, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the bbanglabet platform, not for cash withdrawal, until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is suspected, bbanglabet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of our VIP program. There are four tiers — Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

Betting Rules

Please read the rules below carefully before placing any bet on bbanglabet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the relevant event is cancellable under our policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bbanglabet reserves the right to cancel or reassess those bets.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Casino Games

Results for casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games) are determined according to the rules of each game provider. Game providers include PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others. Each game uses its own rules and fair play technology.

6.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and others), kabaddi, and other sports events. Participation in match fixing or any form of dishonest activity in sports betting is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbanglabet platform. If detected, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Collusion or coordinated betting with other users.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering with a false identity or documents.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any cyber attack.

Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure

bbanglabet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• If an account belonging to a minor or ineligible person is identified.
• At the user's own request.
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, that amount will be returned after the verification process is complete. However, if fraud is proven, all balances may be forfeited.
